Shipping and Return Policy:
Avant Doors is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be times when a product needs to be returned. Our return policy is designed to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, here at Avant doors we go above and beyond to make sure that you receive your door is not damaged during delivery.
Shipping time:
All orders are processed in 3-4 business days, if the Freight Company is experiencing a high volume of deliveries, shipment might be delayed few days. Our goal is to deliver all orders in 7-10 business days to our customers.
Pick Up:
Doors can be picked up from our warehouse at 143 W. Rhapsody Dr. San Antonio Texas during business hours.
Return and refund policy:
Returns will be accepted only if the customer returns the door within three days of the delivery date. Avant doors will promptly refund full purchase price excluding the shipping cost, upon receiving the merchandise in same condition in which it was shipped to customer. Damages occurred during shipping must be claimed with shipping company.
Special Order:
Special orders take 4-6 months.
